Albany Distilling Company has been making rum in Albany, New York since 2011. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Quackenbush Original Albany Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, Caribbean fancy grade molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof. No colorings or flavors added.
Quackenbush Amber Rum, an aged version of the Original Albany Rum that spends an unspecified amount of time in used whiskey barrels before before it’s bottled at 80 proof. No colorings or flavors added.
