Dented Brick Distillery

Dented Brick Distillery has been making rum in Salt Lake City, Utah since 2016. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

  • Antelope Island Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, turbinado sugar- and molasses-based rum that’s diluted to 80 proof with artesian well water and bottled unaged.

  • Antelope Island Red Rum, a version of their White Antelope Island Rum that’s aged in used Cabernet wine barrels for two years and then diluted to 90 proof with artesian well water.

  • Jan Stephenson Rum, a line of rums that Dented Brick distills for a spirits brand owned by Australian golfer Jan Stephenson:

    • Jan Stephenson Silver Rum, a version of the same base from the distillery’s Antelope Island Rum that’s diluted to 80 proof with artesian well water and bottled unaged.

    • Jan Stephenson Mango-Flavored Rum, a version of the Silver Rum that’s blended with Philippine mangoes and bottled at 80 proof.

    • Jan Stephenson Pineapple-Flavored Rum, a version of the Silver Rum that’s blended with pineapple juice and bottled at 80 proof.

    • Jan Stephenson Passion Fruit-Flavored Rum, a version of the Silver Rum that’s blended with passion fruit juice and bottled at 80 proof.
