D&S Distilling Company has been making rum in Sevierville, Tennessee since 2017. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Delgado Original Rum, a pot-distilled, panela (evaporated cane juice) sugar-based rum that’s bottled unfiltered at 90 proof.
Delgado White Rum, a pot-distilled, refined organic sugarcane-based rum that’s bottled unfiltered at 80 proof.
