Edwards Ridge Distillery
Edwards Ridge Distillery has been making rum in San Antonio, Texas since 2016. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
William, Talus Silver Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 90 proof.
William, Talus Gold Rum, a version of the base used in their Silver Rum that’s aged in new 30-gallon charred American white oak barrels for six months to one-and-a-half years and bottled at 90 proof.
