Flag Hill Distillery and Winery

Flag Hill Distillery and Winery has been making rum in Lee, New Hampshire since 2013. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

  • Flag Hill White Rum, a pot-distilled, Grade A molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

  • Flag Hill Spiced Rum, a version of the base from their White Rum that’s aged in used bourbon barrels for nine months and then infused with natural spices. New Hampshire maple syrup is added for sweetening and flavor before it’s bottled at 80 proof.

  • Flag Hill Heavy Rum, a double pot-distilled, Grade A molasses-based rum that’s aged in used bourbon barrels for six years and bottled at 90 proof.
