Kiepersol Estates has been making rum in Tyler, Texas since 2014. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Pierre’s Texas Rum, a pot-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s aged in used Syrah barrels from their winery and finished in used Port barrels (also from their winery) for a total of 23 months. Bottled at 80 proof.
