New England Distilling has been making rum in Portland, Maine since 2011. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Eight Bells Rum, a direct fire pot-distilled, Caribbean molasses-based rum that’s aged in used bourbon barrels for over three years. Bottled at 90 proof.
