New Holland Artisan Spirits
New Holland Artisan Spirits has been making rum in Holland, Michigan since 2005. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Freshwater Michigan Barrel Rum, a double pot-distilled, molasses- and cane sugar-based rum that comes off the still at 150 proof and is aged at least six months in a variety of barrels, including used wine barrels, used whiskey barrels, and new American white oak barrels. Rums from the barrels are blended, filtered, and bottled at 80 proof.
