NJoy Spirits
NJoy Spirits has been making rum in Weeki Wachee, Florida since 2012. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Florida Mermaid Rum, a pot-distilled, cane sugar-based rum that’s aged for three years and then blended with a pot-distilled, molasses-based Jamaican rum. The blend (which is 75% Florida rum and 25% Jamaican) is then aged an additional 90 days in the distillery’s own used rye whiskey barrels and bottled at 100 proof.
