Paradise Distilling Company
Paradise Distilling Company has been making rum in Dubuque, Iowa since 2013. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Island Bay Rum, a column-distilled, cane sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 90 proof.
White Sand Rum, a version of the base used in their Island Bay Rum that’s infused with charred oak chips for seven weeks and bottled at 80 proof.
Caribbean Mist Rum, a version of the base used in their Island Bay Rum that’s infused with the same charred oak chips that have previously been used to make their White Sand Rum. Bottled at 80 proof.
