Wildcat Brothers Distilling
Wildcat Brothers Distilling (formerly known as Rank Wildcat Spirits) has been making rum in Acadiana, Louisiana since 2012. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Wildcat Brothers Sweet Crude Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, Louisiana cane syrup- and raw cane sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof with no added sugar, flavor, or color.
Wildcat Brothers Black Gold Rum, a version of the base used in their Sweet Crude Rum that’s infused with charred American white oak staves and then finished in 10-gallon barrels (less than one year of total oak time). Bottled at 80 proof.
