Ryan & Wood Distilleries has been making rum in Gloucester, Massachusetts since 2006. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Folly Cove Rum, a pot-distilled, Louisiana molasses-based rum that’s aged five to eight years in new charred American white oak barrels and bottled at 80 proof.
