St. Augustine Distillery Co. has been making rum in St. Augustine, Florida since 2015. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
St. Augustine Pot Distilled Rum, a pot-distilled, cane syrup- and molasses-based rum that’s aged in the distillery’s own used bourbon barrels for 6-12 months and bottled at 90 proof.
