Winter Park Distilling Company has been making rum in Winter Park, Florida since 2010. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Dog Island Rum, a triple pot-distilled, local molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Dog Island Beer Barrel Aged Rum, a version of the base used in their Dog Island Rum that’s aged in barrels that previously held red ale and bourbon for an unspecified amount of time. Bottled at 80 proof.
