All Points West Distillery

All Points West Distillery has been making rum in Newark, New Jersey since 2017. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• All Points West Kill Van Kull Single Pot Still Rum, a pot-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s produced with a 3-week bacterial fermented dunder and aged in a variety of ex-whiskey barrels. Barrels with rum between 9 and 18 months of age are vatted and the rum is bottled at 86 proof.
