Balcones Distilling has been making rum in Waco, Texas since 2013. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Texas Rum, a special release double pot-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s aged for an unspecified amount of time in French oak, American oak, and European oak barrels and bottled at 127.8 proof.
