Batch 206 Distillery

Batch 206 Distillery has been making rum in Seattle, Washington since 2012. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

  • Elliott Bay Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, molasses- and panela sugar-based rum that’s aged in the distillery’s own used bourbon barrels for various amounts of times before it’s blended as a Platinum, Blonde, or Dark release and bottled at 80 proof.
