Buck-U Distillery
Buck-U Distillery has been making rum in Ottawa, Kansas since 2017. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Buck-U White Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, cane sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Buck-U Spiced Rum, a version of the base used in their White Rum that’s infused with natural spices and bottled at 75 proof.
Buck-U Red Buck Rum, a version of the base used in their White Rum that’s aged in new white oak barrels for an unspecified amount of time and bottled at 80 proof.
