County Seat Spirits

County Seat Spirits has been making rum in Allentown, Pennsylvania since 2016. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Sand Island White Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, panela cane sugar (evaporated cane juice)-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Sand Island Aged Rum, a version of the base from their White Rum that’s aged for six months and bottled at 80 proof.
