Cypress Creek Reserve has been making rum in Wimberley, Texas since 2010. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

Cypress Creek Reserve Crystal Rum, a double pot-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s carbon filtered and bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Cypress Creek Reserve Vanilla Rum, a version of the base used in their Crystal Rum that’s infused with Tahitian vanilla beans and bottled at 80 proof.
Cypress Creek Reserve Single Barrel Aged Rum, a version of the base used in their Crystal Rum that’s aged in used Rebecca Creek whiskey barrels for an unspecified amount of time (each barrel is aged for different lengths, according to the distillery) and bottled at 80 proof.
