Denver Distillery
Denver Distillery has been making rum in Denver, Colorado since 2018. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Denver Distillery Silver Rum, a double-distilled, organic Black Pearl Select molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof. The rum is open air fermented and a “vegetarian dunder” is incorporated during the first distillation.
Denver Distillery Dark Rum, a version of the base used in the distillery’s Silver Rum that is lightly oaked and bottled at 80 proof.
Denver Distillery Navy Strength Spiced Rum, a version of the base used in the distillery’s Silver Rum that is infused with natural spices and rested in their own used bourbon barrels. Bottled at 114 proof.
