Distillery 36 has been making rum in Salt Lake City, Utah since 2015. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Brigham Rum, a pot-distilled, evaporated cane juice-based rum that’s diluted to 80 proof with Rocky Mountain mineral spring water and bottled unaged. No additional sugars or flavors added.
Spiced Brigham Rum, a version of their Brigham Rum that’s infused with with natural spices. Bottled at 80 proof.
