Eastside Distilling has been making rum in Portland, Oregon since 2008. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Below Deck Silver Rum, a double pot-distilled, molasses-based rum that comes off the still at 130 proof before it’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Below Deck Spiced Rum, a version of the base from their Silver Rum that’s infused with natural spices and botanicals, including Moroccan peppercorns, cinnamon, vanilla, orange peel, and more, and bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Hue-Hue Coffee Rum, a version of the base from their Silver Rum that’s blended with locally roasted, cold-brewed Guatemalan coffee. Demerara sugar is added before it’s bottled at 70 proof.
