Edgefield Distillery has been making rum in Troutdale, Oregon since 2010. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Three Rocks Rum, a double pot-distilled, molasses-rich sugar-based rum that’s aged for two years in the distillery’s own used whiskey barrels and used port barrels. After aging, the rums are blended and bottled at 80 proof.
Three Rocks Spiced Rum, a version of their Three Rocks Rum that’s infused with cacao nibs, orange peel, and a blend of natural spices and bottled at 80 proof.
