Edwin Coe Spirits has been making rum in Churubusco, Indiana since 2016. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Edwin Coe Rum, a double pot-distilled, evaporated cane juice-based rum that’s charcoal filtered and bottled unaged at 80 proof.
