Eight Oaks Distillers

Eight Oaks Distillers has been making rum in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania since 2016. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Eight Oaks Colonial Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 88 proof.

• Eight Oaks Barrel Aged Rum, a version of the base used in their Colonial Rum that’s aged in used bourbon barrels for one-and-a-half to two years and bottled at 88 proof.
