Fair Game Beverage Company

Fair Game Beverage Company has been making rum in Pittsboro, North Carolina since 2014. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Fair Game Amber Rum, a pot-distilled, evaporated cane juice-based rum that’s aged for 15 months in used bourbon barrels. Bottled at 80 proof.

• Fair Game Carolina Agricole Rum, a double pot-distilled, fresh cane juice-based rum that’s aged for 20 months in used bourbon barrels. Bottled at 80 proof.
