Glacial Lakes Distillery

Glacial Lakes Distillery has been making rum in Watertown, South Dakota since 2017. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Whitecap Rum, a column-distilled, unrefined cane sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Wooden Boat Rum, a version of the base used in their Whitecap Rum that’s aged in American oak barrels for an unspecified amount of time and bottled at 80 proof.
