Great Northern Distilling
Great Northern Distilling has been making rum in Plover, Wisconsin since 2014. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Opportunity Rum, a pot-distilled, cane sugar-, baking molasses-, and blackstrap molasses-based rum that’s aged in used whiskey barrels for over one year and bottled at 80 proof.
