Hartfield and Company has been making rum in Paris, Kentucky since 2014. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Hartfield & Co. Rum, a reflux column-distilled, blackstrap molasses- and cane sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 82 proof.
Hartfield & Co. Aged Rum, a version of the base used in their standard rum that’s aged in the distillery’s own used bourbon barrels for three months and bottled at 90 proof.
