Hye Rum (Ruminate Distilling)

Hye Rum has been making rum in Stonewall, Texas since 2017. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

Hye White Rum, a double pot-distilled, Louisiana molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Hye Dark Rum, a version of the base used in their White Rum that’s rested with Cabernet French oak staves for three months, infused with molasses, and bottled at 80 proof.
Hye Spiced Rum, a version of the base used in their White Rum that’s infused with whole vanilla beans, cloves, and cinnamon sticks and bottled at 70 proof.
Island Getaway Coconut Rum, a version of the base used in their White Rum that’s infused with natural coconut flavor and bottled at 80 proof.
