Jersey Artisan Distilling

Jersey Artisan Distilling has been making rum in Fairfield, New Jersey since 2013. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

• Busted Barrel Silver Rum, a pot-distilled, Louisiana molasses-based rum that’s carbon filtered and bottled unaged at 80 proof.

• Busted Barrel Dark Rum, a version of the base used in their Silver Rum that’s aged in new American white oak barrels for 12-18 months and bottled at 80 proof.

• Morena Rum, a version of the base used in their Silver Rum that’s infused with roasted Brazilian coffee and bottled at 80 proof.
