Mammoth Distilling
Mammoth Distilling has been making rum in Central Lake, Michigan since 2015. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Mammoth Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, Louisiana blackstrap molasses-based rum that’s aged in used bourbon barrels for an unspecified amount of time and bottled at 80 proof.
