Mythology Distillery
Mythology Distillery has been making rum in Denver, Colorado since 2018. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Feather Jester Rum, a blend of a hybrid pot/column-distilled, panela sugar (evaporated cane juice)-based rum that’s fermented with a wild Belgian yeast strain and a molasses-based rum. It’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.
