New Deal Distillery has been making rum in Portland, Oregon since 2014. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
New Deal Amber Rum, a double pot-distilled, cane sugar-based rum that’s aged for two years new charred American white oak barrels and bottled at 80 proof.
New Deal Distiller’s Cut Rum, a double pot-distilled, cane sugar-based rum that’s bottled unaged and unfiltered at 86 proof.
