New Holland Artisan Spirits

New Holland Artisan Spirits has been making rum in Holland, Michigan since 2005. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

  • Freshwater Michigan Barrel Rum, a double pot-distilled, molasses- and cane sugar-based rum that comes off the still at 150 proof and is aged at least six months in a variety of barrels, including used wine barrels, used whiskey barrels, and new American white oak barrels. Rums from the barrels are blended, filtered, and bottled at 80 proof.

Check out their website for more information about the distillery.
