Northern Latitudes Distillery
Northern Latitudes Distillery has been making rum in Lake Leelanau, Michigan since 2012. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Manitou Passage Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, blackstrap molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Whaleback Spiced Rum, a version of the base used in their Manitou Passage Rum that’s infused with natural spices and botanicals and bottled at 100 proof.
