Rollins Distillery

Rollins Distillery has been making rum in Gulf Breeze, Florida since 2012. These are the rums they’re currently producing:

Esprit de Krewe Rock ‘n Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s sweetened with rock candy and bottled at 80 proof.
Esprit de Krewe Golden Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s matured with oak spirals for one year and bottled at 80 proof.
Esprit de Krewe Crystal Rum - a hybrid pot/column-distilled, molasses-based rum that’s rested for 1-2.5 years and bottled at 80 proof.
Esprit de Krewe Exclusive Spiced Rum - A version of their base rum that is matured with oak spirals for at least one year and then macerated with 11 natural spices. Bottled at 91-93 proof and released seasonally at the distillery’s tasting room.
Krewe of Jean Lafitte Gunpowder Proof Rum - A version of their base rum that is matured with oak spirals for at least one year and bottled at 109 proof with a small amount of rock candy (less than 1%) added.
Krewe Exclusive Barrel Finished Series - An experimental secondary maturation series of releases. The first release was a blend of Vintage 2017 Queen’s Cut Rum and Vintage 2018 white rum put into a 55L ex-XO-cognac barrel from Feb 15, 2020 - Oct 20, 2020. Bottled at variable proof.
