Seven Three Distilling Co. has been making rum in New Orleans, Louisiana since 2019. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Black Pearl Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, Louisiana Grade-A molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged and unfiltered at 84 proof with no added sugar, flavor, or color.
