Spirit of Texas Independent Distillery has been making rum in Pflugerville, Texas since 2009. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Spirit of Texas Straight Silver Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, Grade A molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Spirit of Texas Pecan Street Rum, a version of the base used in their Silver Rum that’s infused with Texas pecans and medium char American oak wood chips for one month before it’s bottled at 80 proof.
