Sugarfield Spirits
Sugarfield Spirits has been making rum in Gonzalez, Louisiana since 2019. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Sugarfield White Rum, a hybrid-distilled, Louisiana raw sugar- and molasses-based (90/10) rum that’s lightly filtered and bottled unaged at 80 proof with no added sugar, flavor, or color.
Sugarfield Experimental Rum Batch #1, a hybrid-distilled, Florida sugarcane juice-based rum that’s bottled unfiltered and unaged at 92 proof with no added sugar, flavor, or color.
Sugarfield Experimental Rum Batch #2, a double pot-distilled, Louisiana sugarcane juice-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 92 proof with no added sugar, flavor, or color.
Sugarfield Experimental Rum Batch #3, a hybrid-distilled, sugarcane juice-based rum that’s redistilled through Meyers lemon peels and bottled unaged at 92 proof.
