Witherspoon Distillery has been making rum in Lewisville, Texas since 2012. These are the rums they’re currently producing:
Witherspoon’s River Rum, a hybrid pot/column-distilled, cane sugar- and molasses-based rum that’s bottled unaged at 80 proof.
Witherspoon’s Aged River Rum, a version of the base used in their unaged rum that’s aged for around a year in used bourbon barrels and bottled at 80 proof.
